Bristol's Cosy Club celebrates the launch of their new springāsummer menu - it's the perfect start to the season. Set within this grand, airy, split-level space, complete with its signature potted palms and glittering chandeliers, the restaurant has clearly leaned into a laid-back, sunshine-ready vibe. With an expanded Margarita Menu and a dedicated Martini section designed for those long, indulgent afternoons that have no fixed end point, the atmosphere was as inviting as the food. The menu itself embraces a shift toward lighter plates and fresher flavours, with a noticeable focus on sourcing quality ingredients from local producers.
